In what kind of a format will I receive the residential mailing list if I sign up for it? I have been researching different lists and the last list that I received I could not keep on my computer. The company that I used to update the lists were not exactly computer proficient and the file was too big for my already overworked computer. I finally did get it to work but I had trouble with the subsequent updates to the list. I would like to know what kind of program companies are using for their different lists so I know which one to buy.

I am convinced that the way to increase my business is to make sure that I have current and ever expanding ways to perfect my residential mailing list. Now that I have found a great company for these lists I would now like to take it one step further and even outsource the direct mailing. It would be great if one company did all this work for me. I understand that just one of these tasks is a lot of work and if it means that the quality would decrease I would not consider asking, but it would be helpful if I had a one stop shop for my mailing needs.
